The sword-breaking skill enables a thief-catcher to break the weapons of opponents, or just disarm them. A thief-catcher must be wielding a sword-breaker weapon in order to get the benefit of this skill. The higher this skill is, the more able he will be to disarm an opponent or break an opponent's weapon. This skill would not be of much use to anyone besides a thief-catcher.
